The St.Mary's Jacobite Syrian Church is part of Syrian Orthodox Church of Antioch.

The Patriarch of Antioch and all the east and Supreme head of the Universal Syrian Orthodox Church is His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II. 

The Archbishop of the Malankara Archdiocese of the Jacobite Syrian Church in North America is His Eminence Mor Titos Yeldo
